These additional funds will drive European B2B software ecosystem firms' transatlantic expansion, supporting innovation in both North America and Europe. With this investment, Frontline is demonstrating its dedication to supporting the expansion of globally ambitious B2B software companies who have the potential to lead their respective categories and go public ultimately. The European startup ecosystem will grow easily with this support.

Founded in order to introduce the American venture capital model to Europe, Frontline Ventures has grown throughout the last ten years to support B2B software startups in gaining access to the transatlantic market.

Together, the U.S. and Europe represent 70% of worldwide venture capital spending and 70% of global software spending, making them the two most important markets for tech innovation. The company's U.S.-European corridor provides unmatched assistance and vital links, helping both seed and growth-stage businesses as they grow and become global.

Over the previous ten years, the seed fund has invested in over 80 European startups, of which over 70% have advanced to Series A funding and 60% have entered the US market.

Frontline's third European fund, led by partners Will Prendergast, Zoe Chambers, and William McQuillan, will support businesses in the pre-seed and seed phases. Prominent UK seed portfolio firms include Finbourne, Signal AI, Cloudsmith, Workvivo, Pointy, and Qualio; Overwatch was bought by Benchling.

Since its founding five years ago, the Growth Fund has provided support to over a dozen North American businesses seeking to enter the European market. It targets businesses from Series B to Series D, with Brennan O'Donnell and Stephen McIntyre serving as its leaders. Notable names including MosaicML, Lattice, Vanta, Attentive, and Navan are among the growth-stage portfolio firms; the fund hopes to launch its first initial public offering (IPO) in the upcoming year.
