French AdTech Startup Vibe.co Secures €42M To Power AI-driven,Hyper-Targeted TV Advertising

Paris- and New York-based Vibe.co, a connected TV (CTV) ad platform focused on hyper-targeted performance marketing, has raised €42 million in Series B funding, valuing the company at €349 million.

The round was led by Hedosophia, with support from existing investors Singular, Elaia, QuantumLight (founded by Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky), Illusian (Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen’s fund), and angel backers such as Carolyn Everson (Disney, Coca-Cola board member). Nirav Tolia, Nextdoor CEO and Hedosophia’s Non-Executive Chairman, has also joined the board.
“The performance TV advertising market is on track to surpass social media advertising by 2035, driven by an influx of DTC brands and Instagram advertisers. It’s a trillion-dollar market and we are leading the industry forward,” said Vibe.co CEO and Co-founder Arthur Querou.
Vibe.co’s Series B is notable in 2025, as few funding rounds have emerged recently in CTV or AdTech. Earlier this year, Paris-based Veesion raised €38 million to scale its AI-driven retail surveillance platform, which detects shoplifting from CCTV feeds.

Though in different sectors, both highlight AI’s role in unlocking value from video. Within this context, Vibe.co’s raise stands out as one of Europe’s larger CTV and AdTech financings, underscoring investor interest despite the limited number of comparable deals.

Our ability to attract Instagram advertisers to TV is unlocking an entirely new channel for performance marketers. As a result, we’re experiencing tremendous company momentum – reaching a $100 million revenue run rate in less than two years, which makes Vibe.co one of the top ten fastest software companies to achieve this milestone,” added Querou.
Founded in 2022, Vibe.co blends proprietary AI with premium streaming inventory and shopper profiles to optimise TV ad performance while cutting costs and complexity.
Trusted by 5,000+ brands, its platform delivers on average a 250% return on ad spend and 20% sales lift, reaching 120M households across 500+ apps and channels. Profitability is expected by year-end.
Meanwhile, TV is shifting rapidly: streaming now makes up 45% of U.S. viewership, surpassing cable and broadcast, while digital video ad spend—driven by CTV is projected to reach $72B in 2025, growing nearly three times faster than total media.
Despite this growth, CTV advertising remains fragmented with scattered inventory, opaque pricing, and outdated measurement tools, challenges Vibe.co aims to solve.

Vibe.co enables brands to create ad content through Vibe Studio, its AI-powered video editor. Currently, over 10% of ads on the platform are AI-generated, making it one of the largest AI-driven TV content distributors. By 2026, this share is expected to exceed 30%.
The new funding will accelerate Vibe.co’s AI roadmap, enhancing generative and agentic AI for media buying and creative production, while expanding publisher yield management tools. The company also plans to strengthen integrations with streaming partners and measurement providers as it scales across the U.S.
