Flower funding news – Stockholm-based Flower Secures €45 Million in Series A Round Funding

The Swedish energy tech company Flower has raised €45 million in a Series A funding round, with an extra €20 million bringing the total to €45 million. The funding was led by Northzone, with investments from Giant Ventures, 82an Invest, Sony Innovation Fund, and angel investors Thomas von Koch and Sebastian Knutsson, who co-founded the game developer King.

Plan of the company
The company plans to use the funds to expand across Europe and develop its Battery Energy Storage Systems. Currently operating in Sweden and Denmark, Flower aims to enter the DACH region, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium by 2025 and 2026.
