Its flagship product, eCase, is a flexible case management platform used for handling areas such as Data Protection, Freedom of Information requests, and citizen engagement.

Its flagship platform, eCase, is a flexible case management system used for Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and citizen engagement.
The company works with UK government departments, agencies, and public bodies to build technology that improves service delivery, increases transparency, and boosts efficiency.
Its solutions are purpose-built for the public sector, covering case management, licensing, and customised workflow systems.
The recent investment will help Fivium scale across the UK public sector and explore new opportunities as demand grows for digital tools that improve efficiency and transparency.
As a long-term minority investor, BGF will support the management team in product development and expansion into areas such as healthcare and policing, strengthening Fivium’s position as a leading UK GovTech provider.
BGF has also helped appoint Simon Russell as Non-Executive Chair through its Talent Network, bringing strong software industry and value creation experience to the company.
