Fashion-tech company MySize Acquire EyeFitU Assets To Strengthen AI Sizing Platform

Fashion tech company MySize plans to acquire selected assets from Zurich based sizing technology startup EyeFitU through its subsidiary Naiz Fit.
The deal would transfer EyeFitU’s proprietary sizing algorithms brand partnerships and platform technology into the Naiz Fit ecosystem.
EyeFitU’s AI-powered SizeEngine matches brand size charts with individual body measurements and fit preferences, offering accurate size recommendations for clothing, footwear and accessories.
The platform integrates retailer data and user feedback to continuously improve its algorithm. Founded in 2013, EyeFitU generates around CHF 350,000 in annual recurring revenue and works with brands such as HEAD, Paul & Shark, POC, Giant, Assos, Ecoalf, Odlo, and CMP.

The company has attracted strong interest from MySize, a Nasdaq-listed fashion-tech firm focused on solving key challenges in online retail, including incorrect sizing and excess inventory.
MySize operates multiple businesses, including Naiz Fit for sizing, Percentil for secondhand fashion, Orgad for overstock and 10peaks for regional distribution. Naiz Fit has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire selected EyeFitU assets.

The proposed acquisition includes EyeFitU’s proprietary sizing algorithms, platform technology and core codebase, along with its Shopify integration APIs, FootScanner app, anonymised sizing databases, trademarks, domain portfolio, customer contracts, and CRM data.
Once completed, these assets are expected to be integrated into the Naiz Fit platform to strengthen its AI-powered sizing technology and expand its global customer base.
EyeFitU founder and CEO Isabelle Ohnemus, along with CTO Erik Troelsen, are expected to support the transition and integration process after the final agreements are signed.
