Acronis (the "Company") and EQT are announce that the EQT X fund ("EQT") will acquire a majority stake in the Company. Significant minority shareholders will still include the founders, management, and current investors, including funds and accounts run by CVC, Springcoast, and BlackRock Private Equity Partners. The transaction values Acronis higher than the final growth funding round, which was finished in 2022.
