ElevenLabs, a voice AI company based in New York and London, has raised $250M (around €239.57M) in a Series C funding round, bringing its value to between $3B and $3.3B (around €2.87B to €3.16B).

Founded in 2022 by Piotr Dąbkowski, a former Google machine learning engineer, and Mati Staniszewski, a former Palantir strategist, ElevenLabs focuses on natural speech synthesis.

TechCrunch reports that ICONIQ Growth led the round, with Andreessen Horowitz also possibly involved. The same firm co-led ElevenLabs’ $80M Series B round in January 2024.

In 2023, it grew its reach in publishing, AI, media, and gaming, partnering with companies like Storytel, The Washington Post, FlowGPT, Wondershare Filmora, and Paradox Interactive.
