Elephant Company Raises Over €5M To Expand AI Training For Frontline Workers

The round was led by EnBW New Ventures and Wepa, with participation from business angels associated with Flix, home24 SE, SB21, Ventic Ventures, and topi.

Founded in 2022, Elephant offers an AI-driven training and communication platform built for frontline teams. It streamlines knowledge sharing and on-the-ground communication through tools such as a Field App, AI assistant, AI Course Builder, and Elephant Hub, which is used to manage content, knowledge, teams, and learners.

The company highlights that more than 70% of the global workforce is made up of deskless workers, who often have limited access to digital tools and can feel disconnected from office-based teams.

Elephant aims to bridge this gap by improving collaboration between frontline employees and decision-makers, helping organizations work more efficiently toward shared goals.

Karlsruhe-based EnBW New Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of EnBW, invests in European startups focused on digitalizing and making infrastructure more sustainable, typically deploying between €1 million and €10 million across funding rounds.
