Translation company EasyTranslate has acquired Nordic WorldTranslation, in a deal that allows them to combine their language expertise. While the exact terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, it says that the company’s annual revenues will consequently double to more than €10 million and is the next milestone in EasyTranslate’s development.

The 28 full-time employees of WorldTranslation are transferred to EasyTranslate, which will use this integration to enhance its SaaS and e-commerce clientele and fortify its growth base.

The acquisition is the most recent phase in it's plan to take the lead in the translation services and technology sector. Pride Capital Partners, it's financial and strategic partner, provided support for this acquisition.
