Duve, a Paris-based guest management platform, has raised $60 million in a Series B funding round.

The Series B round was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from existing investors including XT Venture Capital and others.

The company will use the funding to drive global expansion and enhance its AI-powered personalization platform.

Founded in 2015 and led by CEO David Mezuman, Duve provides a guest management platform that allows accommodation providers to offer personalized, automated experiences throughout the entire guest journey.

The platform handles all booking types and consolidates every stage pre-arrival, check-in, in-stay communication, mobile keys, upsells, F&B ordering, and post-stay engagement into a single seamless system.

By unifying multiple fragmented tools into a single platform, Duve helps properties improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

“Perhaps the most exciting and impactful aspects of this announcement fall into two main points,” Mezuman told Hotel Technology News. “The first is that while there has been a huge proliferation of AI Agents, this marks the first large-scale AI agent infrastructure for AI agents that is custom-built for hotels and the hospitality industry. The second is that this investment will allow us to become significantly more accessible to our customers including opening local offices in key regions that will serve as hubs for delivering our value worldwide, faster and more effectively.”
