Led by Wouter Klunder, TWINport360 uses 360° full-color 3D inspection to provide autonomous quality control at industrial speeds. Instead of relying on subjective checks, the system creates digital twins of each product, offering data-driven insights that help reduce waste.
This technology supports continuous inspection, cuts food waste by up to 70%, and provides valuable data to improve production while lowering manual labor. TWINport360 works with major clients like Aryzta (Pré Pain) and is in talks with other global industry leaders.
“Thanks to this investment, we can introduce our innovative technology to the market more quickly. Besides the investment, the expertise and network of the business angels and Oost NL are particularly valuable in shaping our further growth,” says Wouter Klunder, CEO of TWINport360.
