The acquisition comes after a major milestone—over 500,000 people have completed the Personal Health Check (PGC), further advancing &niped’s mission to make preventive care available across the Netherlands.

&niped will continue its daily operations and client relationships without any changes, maintaining the same quality of service. At the same time, it will expand its prevention services, giving employers and partners more options.

Working with Robidus, &niped aims to boost long-term employability and improve public health through a shared, data-driven approach.

Robidus will also use the Personal Health Check to detect health and absenteeism risks early. Through its LifeCheck platform, it plans to offer targeted lifestyle programs that help employees stay active and engaged at work.

Rianneke van der Kooi, CEO of &niped, says, “Our data from more than half a million participants shows that the Netherlands needs to become healthier. The combination of the Personal Health Check and access to direct advice and digital help from healthcare professionals from the Robidus LifeCheck platform is an effective approach to prevent dropout.”
