Middle Eastern tech venture launches AI-powered platform for estate agents with plans to build comprehensive property transaction ecosystem
A promising real estate technology startup from Dubai has launched its first mobile application, marking the beginning of an ambitious plan to transform property transactions on a global scale.
As recommended here in a recent Reuters press release, Knocknock's newly released application represents the foundational step in the company's strategy to create a unified platform for all real estate stakeholders, with functionality reminiscent of how ride-sharing platforms revolutionised the transport industry.
The brainchild of founders Igor Karpikov and Vladimir Saraniuk, the application features a user-centric mobile interface designed specifically for estate agents' unique workflows. The platform enables property professionals to manage listings, create polished presentations, and collaborate with fellow agents through an integrated marketplace system.
A standout technical innovation is the app's voice-activated artificial intelligence tool, which streamlines the property listing process and drastically reduces time spent on administrative tasks. This focus on reducing friction in daily operations allows agents to concentrate on high-value activities like client relationship building.
"This application launch represents the first milestone in our broader vision to simplify the entire real estate ecosystem," explained Knocknock co-founder and CEO Igor Karpikov. "We're building a platform that empowers property professionals with the digital tools they need to work more efficiently and serve clients better, regardless of geography."
The startup has outlined an extensive 18-month development roadmap that will progressively expand the platform's capabilities. Future iterations aim to incorporate functionality for buyers, tenants, landlords, developers, and service providers—ultimately creating a comprehensive system handling everything from property searches to renovation coordination.
Prior to this launch, Knocknock tested its market approach with a micro-product called Realty Slides, released in December 2024. This tool leverages AI to generate property presentations via WhatsApp, helping estate agents secure clients through streamlined presentation capabilities.
The company has already demonstrated impressive international growth, with its technologies currently serving more than 9,000 agents across 118 countries. This global adoption suggests significant market demand for innovative solutions in the traditionally fragmented real estate sector.
While the current release primarily targets estate agents, Karpikov emphasises that this represents just the foundation for a much more extensive ecosystem—one designed to benefit every participant in the property journey through a streamlined, digital-first experience.
The Knocknock mobile application is now available for download on both iOS and Android platforms, allowing estate agents to immediately begin building their property databases and leveraging the platform's AI-powered tools.
