DeepIP is a workflow-native AI solution designed to support patent professionals across the entire patent lifecycle from early-stage invention and drafting to enforcement and portfolio management. Built to integrate seamlessly into existing systems, it enables law firms and in-house IP teams to manage complex patent processes with improved continuity, quality and collaboration.

Teams can implement AI without changing their established tools or workflows, resulting in up to 20% higher adoption and 40% greater usage compared to standalone AI products.

The platform is already used by leading patent law firms and corporate IP departments across Europe and the United States, including Greenberg Traurig, Mewburn Ellis, Dexcom, and Philips.

DeepIP was founded in 2024 by François-Xavier Leduc and Edouard d’Archimbaud, formerly CEO and CTO of Kili Technology, which continues to operate independently with its own revenue streams.

“The first wave of AI in patent practice focused on speeding up individual tasks,” says François-Xavier Leduc, CEO and co-founder of DeepIP. “But patent work is cumulative. It spans years, teams, decisions… We built DeepIP to be the system where that work lives, with AI embedded throughout the workflow so professionals don’t have to manage fragmentation or carry context manually.” DeepIP’s goal is simple, says Leduc: “Bring AI at every step of the patent lifecycle”
