It has grown by 700% since its Series A and is already profitable in France, making it well-positioned to become a major player in the pet insurance industry.
de Préville said, “Dalma’s added value rests on two essential pillars: a more efficient insurance model than its competitors and an exceptional customer experience, recognised as one of the best in the market,”.
It says that customers can customize their coverage in just two clicks. Through its app, veterinary expenses are reimbursed, and users can contact vets 24/7 via chat or video calls. The app also offers educational programs created with animal welfare experts. With AI, Dalma can instantly process and reimburse claims, while other companies usually take several days.
