CUREosity Funding News – CUREosity Secures €3.8M to Advance VR Therapy for Rehabilitation

Germany-based medtech startup CUREosity has secured €3.8M in a growth financing round from existing and new investors. The growth financing round saw participation from existing investor TechVision Fund (TVF), and the Belgian family office Nomainvest, alongside other new co-investors.

With the signature and notarial certification, it has been official since June 21, 2024: With 3.8 million euros in equity, CURE OSITY can continue to grow sustainably in the future. The dedicated team has already come a long way with CURE OSITY: Since the market launch of the virtual reality therapy (VR therapy) CURECUREin the field of VR therapy.O®, the software-as-a-service company has grown significantly and is now used in almost 200 therapeutic facilities. The additional capital will be used, among other things, to further expand CURE O®'s market leadership in the field of VR therapy.

Growth Financing Round committed. The existing investor TechVision Fonds (TVF) and the Belgian family office Nomainvest as a new co-investor were among those involved. The venture capital fund TVF, based in Aachen, specializes in companies in the medical technology sector, among other things, and has been supporting CURE OSITY since 2021. Björn Lang, partner at TVF: " CURE OSITY solves the problem of the shortage of skilled workers in the field of therapy. Demographic change in particular makes smart solutions such as CURE O® highly relevant to society. We are pleased to be able to participate in the solutions and successes in the future."

The Growth Financing Round was accompanied by the law firms ADVANT Beiten and Forvis Mazars, to whom CURE OSITY would like to thank for the productive and successful cooperation.
