Investors have been pressing them to address the issues with the current market. Their primary advantage is that they exclusively provide investment options backed by collateral. The success of a seasoned Latvian mortgage lender with ten years of industry expertise served as the model for LANDE. It was first made available to private investors as a platform for tracking their loan portfolio; however, it is now being made public. Their skill set enables them to release carefully selected low LTV initiatives alone. Additionally, they have been able to fully segregate funds, carry out KYC procedures, and comply with AML rules thanks to their cooperation with LemonWay.
