Hailia Nordic Oy is a food tech startup from Finland, started in 2021. They create smart and efficient ways to process seafood, especially by turning parts of fish that usually go unused into tasty and valuable food products. Hailia also makes ready-to-eat frozen fish meals and builds technology for fish processing.
