Codely was founded in 2018 and is Barcelona’s first all-women coding school, dedicated to increasing diversity in the technology sector. Based in Barcelona, Spain, the school trains women in full-stack development and data engineering, helping them build the technical skills needed for careers in the tech industry. Codely also collaborates with companies to support diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing programs that help organizations improve gender representation in technology roles. As all-women coding schools represent less than 0.5% of coding schools worldwide, Codely aims to address this gap, beginning in Barcelona and expanding internationally, including initiatives in Malaysia.
