Our goal at ÄIO is to transform how we produce, consume, and view food and other products. at the level of the oil drop. They provide specialized solutions to the food, feed, and cosmetics industries by acknowledging the complete value of microbial oils. Our goal is to become the biggest biotech company in the Baltics, but it will take time. January 2022 marked the official founding of our company. How are we going to go about it? Simply put, we “brew” fats and oils using locally accessible by-products. by-products like food industry byproducts and forestry leftovers. Our goods are superior. Rich in colors, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants—all of which are produced by recycling and turning low-value biomass into high-value oil components.
