Cleavr Raises €1M For AI-Powered Accounts Receivable Management

The company has developed an AI solution to support finance teams throughout the entire accounts receivable cycle tackling ongoing challenges such as late payments and cash flow pressure. Payment delays remain a major issue for businesses often leading to recurring financial losses from unpaid invoices.

Cleavr’s platform automates much of the collections process, including payment reminders, reconciliation and dispute management. Unlike traditional tools built around fixed workflows, its AI-driven system manages multi-channel communication, identifies the right contacts, tracks payment commitments, and escalates cases when necessary.

The platform integrates with existing accounting and ERP systems, allowing companies to monitor overdue invoices, engage with debtors and refine communication strategies over time.

By automating follow-ups and ensuring consistent engagement, Cleavr helps improve collection efficiency without the need for dedicated teams.

Already used by around 50 clients, the solution supports most of the collection cycle and is designed to help businesses reduce payment delays and strengthen cash flow management.

The new funding will be used to accelerate deployment in France and support expansion into wider European markets, with an international rollout planned from 2026.
