Anders Sommer-Larsen, CEO at Claimlane said, “Today, brands and retailers still largely rely on spreadsheets and emails to manage the processes around product returns, faulty products, and delivery issues. This includes all processes; Internal, with consumers, warehouses, b2b partners, manufacturers and distributors. We aim to automate communication and processes throughout the entire value chain and deliver excellent experiences for all stakeholders. It’s a massive opportunity,”.

The fundraising comes after a successful 2023 in which Claimlane more than doubled its sales. Following recent partnerships with companies like Matas, Silver Cross, and Tonies, the company expects additional acceleration in 2024.

he money will be used to support it's global expansion. Expanding throughout Europe, and specifically the UK, Claimlane is building on its dominant position in Denmark. Recently, Claimlane established an office in the United Kingdom, recruited its first employees, and closed its first UK clientele, which included FFX, The Hut Group, and Cult Furniture.

Furthermore, Claimlane intends to expand their platform to further interface with the backend systems of businesses, enabling even more automation and time savings.

Timo Felin, Investment Director, Vendep Capital said, “After seeing what the Claimlane team has achieved in Denmark, we are excited to support them in their global expansion. Customer-centricity and ambition are driving forces in this team, so we look forward to seeing their vision for the B2B return handling space come to life,”.
