Circle Health Raises €9M To Develop AI-Powered Preventive Health Platform

The funding arrives in a fragmented European preventive healthcare market, where care is provided by many small providers and chronic conditions are often detected only after symptoms emerge.

Founded by Peter Malmqvist (CEO) and Jannik Tiedemann (COO), Circle Health is building Circle OS, an integrated preventive care platform that combines in-person diagnostics, AI-powered clinical support and consumer-facing digital health tools to address Europe’s fragmented healthcare landscape.

The platform aggregates data from multiple sources, including wearables and lab tests, to enable personalized, proactive health programs targeting areas like metabolic health, hormonal balance, fatigue, and gut health.

CEO Peter Malmqvist notes that healthcare is often reactive, with patients seeking care only after illnesses have developed.

We’re building a new model that empowers people to understand, improve, and maintain their health proactively, and are bringing that freedom to patients across Germany.

Since launching in 2023, Circle Health’s Berlin clinic has treated thousands of patients and reports high satisfaction based on feedback. Its AI-enabled therapist model provides clinicians with personalized insights and care recommendations to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

The new funding will support product development and expand Circle Health’s hybrid clinic model across Germany, with additional locations planned in Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf over the coming year.
