CiaoDott Raises €1.5M Pre-seed Funding Round Led by The Techshop

Founded in 2025, the company aims to address the heavy telephone workload faced by medical centers by delivering consistent, timely, and reliable responses to patients.

In Italy, phone calls remain the primary communication channel, with over 70% of appointments booked this way, while roughly one-third of calls go unanswered. CiaoDott automates up to 70% of calls from bookings to routine inquiries enabling healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.

The company operates in a high-growth market, with healthcare accounting for 9.4% of Italy’s GDP and over 123,000 medical facilities requiring advanced tools to optimize operations.

CiaoDott has already collaborated with companies such as Politerapico Monza, Benacus Lab, and Centro Medico Manara.
