High-profile angel investors like Chris Adelsbach and senior executives from top private equity companies and software unicorns also contributed to the round.

Eight months after Capsa AI was established, the seed fundraising round was concluded. During that period, Capsa AI has already started to turn a profit, working with top private equity groups that oversee over $30 billion in assets in the US, UK, and Germany.

With the use of an AI operating system created by Capsa AI, private equity fund investors may now "delegate" the labor-intensive, manual due diligence duties that formerly took up to 25% of their time. These responsibilities include things like making company profiles, gathering and organizing financial data from corporate documents, analyzing financial performance, and going over contracts with customers.
