Capra Robotics Funding News – Denmark-based Capra Robotics has raised €11.3M in its seed round of funding

Capra Robotics is a startup located in Denmark that builds transportable, autonomous robots to assist humans, has secured €11.3 million in its initial fundraising round.
Global investors Promus Ventures and Supernova Invest spearheaded the financing, with additional backing from Summiteer and EIFO, Denmark's Export and financing Fund (DK).
Mike Collett, Founder and Managing Partner at Promus Ventures, says, “We are excited to work with Niels and the entire Capra team to help redefine how autonomous mobile robots operate across numerous environments and platforms.”
“Few AMR companies have the vast experience and proven success as Niels and the Capra team within the robotics industry. We believe this round will further fuel its strong growth and position the company to further scale globally.”

Capra Robotics specializes in providing flexible mobile robot solutions for sectors including maintenance, inspection, and logistics. Its platform may be used both indoors and outside and automates duties including urban upkeep, perimeter control, and material handling.

The investment will facilitate quicker access to new geographic markets and increase the company's staff in sales, service, and support, primarily in North America and Europe. As the company prepares for extensive deployment in North America, the launch of Capra Robotics Inc., its US-based subsidiary, significantly expands its global reach.
