British Startup Fyxer AI Raises €25.5 Million In Series B Round

The funding will support the development of AI tools that simplify routine tasks, allowing professionals to focus on higher-value work.

The round was led by Madrona, with participation from Lakestar Capital. Existing investors include 20VC, 20Growth, and Salesforce founder Marc Benioff. Karan Mehandru, Managing Director at Madrona, will join Fyxer’s board as part of the deal.

Founded in 2024 Fyxer AI delivers productivity tools designed for everyday professionals, automating tasks like email management, meeting summaries, scheduling and follow-ups while seamlessly integrating into existing workflows.

In just seven months, Fyxer grew from €1M to €17M ARR, gained 180,000+ users, generated over 15 million draft replies, captured 500,000+ meeting notes, and retained 90% of users after three months.

While tech jobs make up just 5% of the U.S. workforce, professionals in sectors like business services, education, and health account for 36%. Fyxer targets this majority, providing tools that simplify work instead of adding complexity.

A poll of 1,000 U.S. workers commissioned by Fyxer highlights how much time is consumed by routine administrative tasks.

With its Series B funding, Fyxer plans to enhance product capabilities, accelerate U.S. expansion, and double its team within three months primarily through U.S.-based hires while further advancing the platform’s natural language chat features.
