Boomerang funding news – Hamburg-based Boomerang Secures Nearly €3Million in a Fresh Round Funding

Reusable shipping packaging startup Boomerang, based in Hamburg, has raised over €3 million in a new round of funding. The current round garnered investment through the crowd-investing platform "Companisto," where approximately €850K was raised from more than 400 investors, surpassing the €750K target by €100K. This comes after a pre-seed round of €1.1M in 2022–2023. At least two additional investors have also contributed to the funding.

It intends to use the freshly generated funds to further its goal of more ecologically friendly shipping while increasing its efforts in product development, sales, and IT. By the end of the year, the firm also hopes to raise an extra €500K through authorized capital.
