It works smoothly with all online meeting tools, softphone systems, and even in-person conversations, without needing a visible bot.
It says that more businesses are needing AI-powered tools for customer-facing roles because they find it hard to keep up with CRM updates while still engaging with customers effectively.
By automating these tasks, Bliro helps teams save up to eight hours each week that would otherwise be spent on admin work. The platform also offers AI-based coaching by spotting best practices from many customer interactions, helping improve sales training and performance.
Tim Gremlitza Customer Success Manager, talentsconnect said, “Bliro saves me time and keeps me organized. With Bliro I finally managed to get rid of my paper chaos. I can now digitize my notes directly, which saves me time and keeps me more organized. Also, the product is developed extremely quickly and always according to my needs,”.
Bliro is already making a difference for big companies in Europe. Businesses like Immoscout24, Zenjob, and Telefónica Germany use it to improve efficiency and sales strategies. By collecting data, Bliro helps leaders understand why deals are lost, track customer feedback, and improve their sales tactics with AI-based suggestions.
Thoma and Schweitzer said, “With this latest investment, we aim to expand our capabilities and reach more businesses looking to harness the power of AI-driven Conversation Intelligence while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and compliance,”.
