Beatswitch is a platform used by festivals and event organizers worldwide to manage artist advancing tasks, including set times, transport, accommodation, hospitality, and technical requirements. Its clients include major festivals such as Pukkelpop, Shambhala, Sziget, and Pitch Music & Arts.
Tourmanagement.com provides similar workflow support from the artist and agency perspective. Headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, and operated by Tourmanagement BV, the SaaS platform centralizes tour information, scheduling and show-related communication for artists, crews, agencies, and management companies. As of 2026, it serves over 400 customers and nearly 10,000 users globally.
According to Tourmanagement.com founder and CEO Roeland Veugelen, the acquisition tackles a long-standing issue in the live events industry: advancing work is often scattered across emails, messages and spreadsheets, creating duplicated effort and operational risk. Integrating festival and artist workflows aims to reduce manual processes, improve coordination and enhance data consistency across teams.
Beatswitch founder Thomas Van Orshaegen stated that the acquisition enables the platform to continue growing within a closely aligned ecosystem. He will remain engaged as a member of the advisory boards for both Tourmanagement.com and Beatswitch.
Tourmanagement.com said it will explore ways to gradually align the two platforms prioritizing customer continuity and the ongoing development of the Beatswitch product.
