Amsterdam-based Avalor AI secures €2 million in seed funding, led by Keen Venture Partners, to accelerate autonomous capabilities of unmanned military systems.
Avalor AI's NexusTM platform, which envisions "multi-domain distributed mission autonomy," allows unmanned systems in the air, land, and sea to cooperate plan, coordinate, and carry out complicated tasks autonomously using a single human-machine interface.
The company's artificial intelligence software, which is independent of hardware, enables the integration and operation of unmanned systems from many OEMs and nations.

The investment demonstrates the growing significance of venture capital in supporting the development of innovative defence technologies, especially in light of the continuing crisis in Ukraine.
