Spanish startup Aunoa has raised €1.5 million to advance its AI agent solutions for automating complex customer management tasks.

Aunoa develops conversational AI “agents” combining generative and proprietary models to automate customer engagement across channels like WhatsApp, web chat, social messaging, and voice.

The platform integrates with existing systems such as CRM and ticketing to support lead capture, customer service, and scheduling.

Focusing on data governance, regulatory compliance, and scalable high-volume automation, Aunoa serves sectors including retail, finance, telecom, and logistics. In 2025, the company achieved €2M recurring turnover with a 35-person team and operates across 10 countries, partnering with leading firms in banking and logistics.

The funding round was led by Eoniq and Faraday, with support from GoHub Ventures, Aurorial, and Alea. According to Tom Horsey, Managing Partner at Eoniq:
