asap.work Acquires UK-Based JUST CONSTRUCTION To Accelerate US Expansion

Since 95% of JUST CONSTRUCTION’s business comes from the US — especially in states like Texas, Florida, and North Carolina — the deal gives asap.work a strong presence on both sides of the Atlantic.

As part of the expansion, asap.work plans to open a new office in Austin, Texas, with a team of 10+ people by the end of 2025, and roll out its permanent hiring model across the country.

asap.work has seen rapid growth — increasing its revenue 14x between 2023 and 2025 — and has contributed talent to major projects like Metro Line 18, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Arboretum campus.

Its edge? A full-stack digital platform that cuts admin work for recruiters and helps them deliver top-quality candidates faster.

AI powers 20% of its sales process, handling tasks like smart screening, profile matching, and automating actions such as generating anonymized CVs and bios.

The acquired firm, JUST CONSTRUCTION, was founded in 2012 in Bromley, UK and has a 20+ person team. It specializes in Drylining, MEP, Facades, and General Contracting, with strong operations in the US market — making it a strategic launchpad for asap.work’s North America expansion.
