SUMMARY
- Munich-based ARX Robotics has secured an additional €11 million in a Series A extension round led by Speedinvest, with participation from HV Capital. This follows the €31 million Series A round in April, bringing the total funding to €42 million.
Founded in 2022 by ex-German Armed Forces officers, ARX builds autonomous unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) and Mithra OS—the first AI-powered operating system to upgrade old military vehicles. Their modular, open-architecture systems enhance ground operations and mission-readiness using a fully European supply chain.
As European forces face pressure to modernise, ARX’s scalable, AI-driven technology offers a timely solution. Their systems are already in use by six European armed forces, including in Germany, Ukraine and the UK.
Marc Wietfeld, Founder and CEO of ARX Robotics, shared: With the extension of our Series A, we are deliberately accelerating the scaling of existing structures: from our modular software architecture and serial production to building a top-tier, interdisciplinary team.
