SUMMARY
- Architect AI, a one-year-old startup creating the world’s first agentic website platform, has raised GBP 3.5 million in a Seed round.
Led by Project A and joined by Concept Ventures, the funding will accelerate product development, grow the engineering team, and expand go-to-market efforts in Europe and North America. Strategic investors include Insiders Ventures, founded by the creators of FACEIT.
Every day, billions visit static websites digital brochures that don’t adapt to individual users. Architect AI transforms this by turning any site into a self-learning AI agent that tracks visitor behavior, generates context-aware content, and automates workflows in real time. Each visitor can see a unique, personalized experience tailored to their interests.

“We call it giving your website a brain,” said Ted Eltringham, CEO and co-founder of Architect AI (formerly at Rippling and Samsara). “Because that’s literally what we’re doing. And once you see a website that can think, you can’t go back to one that can’t.”
“We’re on a mission to turn every website into a tireless AI collaborator,” added Eltringham. “This seed investment turbocharges our roadmap, allowing us to push the boundaries of what websites can do and bring agentic experiences to businesses around the globe.”
Architect AI was founded by a team with deep technical and scaling expertise. CEO Ted Eltringham brings experience from Rippling and Samsara, where he led product and operations through rapid growth. Co-Founder and CPTO Luke Ramsden, a self-taught engineer who started AI experiments at 14, has built machine-learning systems for high-growth startups. Co-Founder Chris Nicolas, a former SpaceX Program Manager, has led cross-functional teams delivering mission-critical launch software.
Architect AI’s platform allows visitors to interact directly with websites, asking questions and testing the system. The site dynamically reorganizes itself to meet each user’s needs, learning and improving with every visit and conversation.
“Bringing Architect AI from prototype to production in under 12 months has been an incredible journey,” said Luke Ramsden. “With this fresh capital, we’ll grow our London engineering hub, deepen strategic partnerships, and open a larger U.S. office in early 2026.”
“Architect AI’s agentic web technology represents the next frontier in digital engagement,” said Malin Posern Partner at Project A. “Their rapid execution and visionary team convinced us they’re set to redefine how companies interact with online audiences.”
“The platform’s ability to understand visitor intent and dynamically create content on the fly is extraordinary.” said Michael Hoy, CEO at Atlas. We’re not just seeing better engagement metrics; we’re having more meaningful conversations with our customers because the website itself can think and adapt. It’s a complete paradigm shift for what we thought a website could do”
Over the next six months, Architect AI aims to expand its team by hiring AI engineers and product managers, while also strengthening and growing its enterprise sales pipeline.
