Antidote Raises $5M Seed Round To Automate Billing Compliance

Following a $2 million pre-seed in 2025, the company’s total funding now totals $7 million.

This often results in rejected invoices, write-offs and strained client relationships, with 8–12% of billable hours lost annually due to OCG non-compliance.

Antidote addresses these challenges by integrating with existing time recording and practice management systems For review entries in real time. The platform checks each time entry against client OCGs and internal firm standards, highlights potential issues and recommends compliant revisions before invoices are submitted.
