Amplience, a London-based company offering headless content management solutions, has raised €37.9 million to improve its platform and continue developing its products to better serve enterprise customers in EMEA and North America.

The funding, from AshGrove’s €650 million Specialty Lending Fund II, will support Amplience’s growth and platform improvements. This brings the company’s total funding to over €249 million.

Recently, the company has started using AI to make content production faster and more efficient strengthening its leadership in composable architecture.
AshGrove Capital’s investment builds on it’s previous partnerships with Farview Equity Partners and Octopus Ventures. This funding will help Amplience grow and shows AshGrove’s trust in the shift to composable architectures.
