AI Startup Skarbe Raises $600K to Simplify Sales for Founders Who Hate CRMs
Jun 30, 2025 | By Startuprise

Skarbe, a Belarusian-founded AI sales assistant, has raised $600,000 in a Pre-Seed funding round to help solo founders, indie startups, and small teams simplify their sales processes without relying on traditional CRMs.
The round was led by FIRSTPICK, with participation from Somersault Ventures, angel investor Andreas Mihalovits, and Jeroen Van Ermen, founder of Talent Business Partners.
Built for Founders, Not Sales Teams
Founded by Mikita Martynau and Alex Talyuk, Skarbe is challenging outdated CRM models like Salesforce and HubSpot that are geared toward structured sales departments. Instead, it’s developing a smart AI assistant that automates sales admin for founders who wear multiple hats—from building product to hiring and fundraising.
“Founders don’t hate selling—they hate using CRMs that weren’t built for them,” said Martynau, CEO of Skarbe. “We wanted a sales co-pilot that actually simplifies the work instead of adding to it.”

Skarbe’s AI connects directly with email and calendar apps to suggest follow-ups, track conversations, and manage deals—all in the founder’s own tone of voice. It helps users prep for meetings, generate to-do lists, and nudges them on overdue tasks—without the need for manual data entry or dashboard digging.
Pioneering the 'Vibe Sales' Approach
Skarbe is promoting a new approach called “vibe sales”—a relaxed, human-first method of selling where founders can stay focused on their core work while AI handles admin in the background.
The platform is already used by 2,500+ users and supports 100+ languages. A mobile app and personalized AI models trained on open-source LLMs like Mistral are currently in the works, furthering its goal to operate as a truly autonomous sales assistant.
Backed by Experienced Operators
Mikita Martynau, previously a key executive at PandaDoc, helped scale it from $10M to $100M in revenue. CTO Alex Talyuk brings experience from large AI startups in San Francisco, while COO Ilya Korzun, originally an angel investor in Skarbe, now leads operations and finance.
Dmitrij Sosunov, Partner at FIRSTPICK, said:
“Skarbe tackles one of the most painful problems in modern work: staying on top of everything. The team understands that AI should handle everything but the essential human element.”
With this new investment, Skarbe aims to expand its capabilities in automated lead qualification. Enable AI-driven follow-ups and replies, and accelerate platform development more intuitive and less time-consuming sales experience for founders everywhere.
Skarbe is currently available via a freemium model, and open for new users looking to test the future of founder-friendly sales tech.
