AI-BOB funding news – Stockholm-based AI-BOB Raises €2 Million in New Funding

The investment round was led by CapitalT, with additional support from Fund F, NCA, and a group of angel investors. The funds will mainly be used to develop their product further and prepare for expanding internationally.

AI-BOB was created by Elin Mårtensson, who was frustrated after years of working as a property developer and expert in building regulations. She found that construction mistakes and delays happen often, leading to very costly projects and a lot of wasted materials.

In Sweden, construction errors are estimated to cost up to €9.8 million every year, which is enough to build around 50,000 new apartments. The startup has grown quickly and already has three global clients. Earlier, it raised €300k from EB Invest and €130k from Norrsken Foundation.
