Ahron Raises €2.2Mn to Build AI Agents for HR Automation

Founded late last year by Carl Hoffmann and Rado Pavlov, Ahron is building an AI-powered platform to automate HR tasks across a company’s existing software.

Instead of adding another separate HR tool, Ahron works as a layer on top of the HR systems a company already uses.

The company aims to solve the problem of fragmented HR software. Large organisations can use more than 100 different HR tools that often do not work well together.

Ahron’s AI agents are designed to work across these systems using shared context and rules. They can handle tasks such as collecting feedback from hiring managers, checking payroll processes, and managing employee onboarding.
