Accenture has acquired Keepler Data Tech to strengthen its ability to scale AI solutions for clients in Spain and internationally.

- Accenture has acquired Keepler Data Tech to strengthen its ability to scale AI solutions for clients in Spain and internationally.
The deal is part of Accenture’s broader strategy to invest in AI and support client transformation. Keepler joins a series of recent acquisitions, including Faculty, Decho, RANGR Data, NeuraFlash and Halfspace, aimed at expanding Accenture’s AI capabilities.
Keepler Data Tech, founded in 2018, provides end-to-end AI and data capabilities, from strategy and cloud-native data platforms to advanced analytics, generative AI, and agentic AI that integrate intelligence into core business processes.
The company focuses on delivering measurable value through secure, modern data systems, strong governance, and scalable DataOps and MLOps practices, helping organisations modernise architecture and drive better decision-making.

More than 240 professionals from Keepler including data scientists, engineers, and architects will join Accenture. Keepler operates across Madrid, London, and Lisbon.
