Entrepreneurs boast about themselves being innovative, but ironically, many fail to use technology effectively. They either underutilise tools or get stuck in outdated habits. Even relying on simple utility apps for scheduling, automation, and collaboration can save hours, yet many entrepreneurs stick to manual methods, which end up consuming a lot of their time. Instead of doing everything manually, entrepreneurs should harness technology wisely for scheduling, integrating maghrib time into their daily routine, automation, and collaboration to gain an edge in time efficiency.

6. Overcommitment

Entrepreneurs are always on the lookout for new opportunities; however, this enthusiasm often leads to overcommitment.
