British venture firm 2150 has announced the final close of its €210 million second fund, bringing total assets under management to €500 million.

The fund continues 2150’s focus on supporting technology companies transforming cities and the industries that drive them. Investors include Viessmann Generations Group, Novo Holdings, EIFO, and the US-based Church Pension Group, among others.
Christian Jolck, 2150 co-founder and Partner, says: “Four years after unveiling 2150 we have raised €500 million, invested into 27 companies and mitigated over a megatonne of CO2e per year. Our exceptional founders are building companies of scale with an aggregate revenue of over $1 billion and over 4,500 employees.”
The final close of 2150’s Fund II reflects a broader surge in European climate, energy, and industrial decarbonisation investing in 2025–2026, according to EU-Startups.

Corporate funding such as Spark Cleantech’s €30M raise for clean industrial energy underscores capital deployment into operating businesses. Collectively these moves represent around €640 million in disclosed funding for urban energy and industrial climate technologies in 2025.
