Built on nearly a decade of research by its founding team, the company has developed a proprietary recycling process focused on the efficient, resource-friendly, and climate-conscious recovery of critical battery raw materials, including lithium, graphite, nickel, cobalt, and manganese. cylib processes materials from battery packs, production scrap, and micromobility batteries to help establish a true circular economy for the battery industry. The company was founded by Dr. Lilian Schwich, Paul Sabarny, and Dr. Gideon Schwich with the mission of creating sustainable raw material supply chains for future energy systems.
